“We booked the North Tour however when the driver/guide picked us up, he was prepared for the South Tour - he then checked with the management team which agreed there was a mistake and advised for him to carry out the North Tour. The guide made it explicitly clear that he only does the South and doesn’t know much about the North. I asked if he is still happy to do the tour to which he agreed. We arrived at Port Louis late due to this inconvenience - we parked the car then he walked with us into town. He didn’t give any information on anything we were seeing or…”

When we got to the dock no one was boarding and the staff was handing out notices that the 30 day cruise had been cancelled due to the coronavirus. “The driver was very nice guy. He picked up us from the airport since we arrive after the cyclone. The botanic Garden is close so we cannot go. However, it seems a little bit weird. The driver didn’t know where we supposed to go. He dropped us to the capital for couple hours. and I questioned him about the north trip. then he offered to drive us to the church and the beach we missed the sugar factory.”

“Belle journée mais a noter un sérieux axe d'amélioration relatif au chauffeur qui ne connaissait manifestement pas le circuit car dès le départ de l'hôtel il s'est trompé de route malgré l'utilisation du GPS, méconnaissance de son pays avec des réponses très évasives a des questions simple comme le nombre d'habitants et niveau de français assez faible tant au niveau de la compréhension que pour parler. La visite du Jardin botanique fort décevante car en plein travaux de nettoyage et de coupe avec des branchages et feuilles un peu partout, des bassins d'eau rempli de feuilles.... et cela avec une entree payante...”

“Super baptême de plongée avec Gael. Malheureusement je n'ai pas été jusqu'au bout de l'activité, prise de panique une fois dans le fond de la mer mais mon compagnon a pu bien profiter pour moi. J'ai pu voir des dauphins en attendant sur le bateau avec le chauffeur qui était très gentil également. Gael a été rassurant et à l'écoute.
