“We booked the North Tour however when the driver/guide picked us up, he was prepared for the South Tour - he then checked with the management team which agreed there was a mistake and advised for him to carry out the North Tour. The guide made it explicitly clear that he only does the South and doesn’t know much about the North. I asked if he is still happy to do the tour to which he agreed. We arrived at Port Louis late due to this inconvenience - we parked the car then he walked with us into town. He didn’t give any information on anything we were seeing or…”
